Did You Know...?

• CVA is independently funded with no help from umbrella organizations like United Way or Performing Arts Foundation.
• Membership, grants, sponsorships, fundraisers and sales are the life blood of CVA, allowing us to operate5 days each week and provide resources to the community.
• In three galleries the CVA hosts 14 unique, free exhibits each year with local, regional, and national artists.
• Affordable art instruction just got better with recent renovations to our Studio Classroom and common areas on the Studio Floor.
• Our Gift Shop supports many local, regional, and national artists through consignment sales and offers the area's most unique and complete selection of handmade art and gifts.
• Memberships and donations make it possible for CVA to bring free kid's art projects to local events including Wausau Area Events Winter Fest and Summer Kick Off, Mosinee Log Jam, and Wisconsin Valley Fair.
• Many of your favorite local organizations benefit from your support of the CVA through collaborative projects: Women's Community, Marathon County Parks Foundation, Marathon County Historical Society, Wausau Area Events and area schools.
• Your financial support allows us to give staff time and resources to area events such as ChalkFest and Wausau Area Empty Bowls.
