Historical ARTspective: 150 Years of Wausau

This year's triennial Historic ARTspective year's focuses on the people, places and industry of the City of Wausau in celebration of its 150 year anniversary. This partnership between the Marathon County Historical Society pairs artifacts with artists to create inspired artwork. Both the artifact and the artwork are then displayed in the Caroline S. Mark Gallery at the CVA for the run of the show. This years participating artists are all Wausau locals or originally from the region. Some fun artifacts for this year's exhibition include images from the Wausau Center Mall, blueprints from the Grand Theater, and Viking Skis!
