Cancelling a Class or workshop

While we understand that circumstances can arise causing a change in your plans, we must adhere to a business policy. If you need to cancel your registration for a class or workshop, the Center for Visual Arts must be notified by email. The CVA also reserves the right to cancel a class or workshop if enrollment is insufficient. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Cancellation Refund Policy:

• 15 days or more notice prior to a workshop or class start date: Full refund of tuition, less a $15 processing fee.

• 14 days or less prior notice to a workshop or class start date: No refunds or credits except for documented medical emergencies.

• If class or workshop is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, any tuition paid will be refunded in full and any registered attendees will be notified by email and by phone.
