This interactive workshop aims to invite and spark a conversation across cultures and generations, with community members on issues that are important to them such as inclusivity, gender identity, race, trauma, etc. Participants will have an opportunity to adhere and choose their “words” to a completed backdrop or develop their personal panels to take home with them and continue exploration. They will also be able to craft their words with a die-cutting tool, available during the workshop. Community members may choose to stay all three hours or drop in as they wish.
There are lots of ways to become involved with the project even if a person chooses not to stitch. All supplies are provided.
