Need help documenting and/or submitting your art for our Calls for Art?

Learn how to use a smartphone or iPad to document your artwork using the CVA Art Photo Both. CVA staff will assist you through the documentation process and can assist with CVA Call submissions***. This workshop is flexible to meet individual needs. Check out the different levels of assistance available below>

***You may use photos from the workshop for other calls but the CVA can not help you with submissions.

1. Art Photobooth Only - Use your equipment to document your work using the CVA photobooth. All workshops start with an intro to artwork documentation, Assistance using a photo booth, and individual guidance. If you have taken this workshop previously you can use the time as an open studio to document your work.

2. Art Photobooth and submission assistance, using your equipment - Use your equipment to document your work using the CVA photobooth. Use your iPad, or laptop to submit to a CVA call with staff assistance. All workshops start with an intro to artwork documentation, Assistance using a photo booth, and individual guidance.

3. Art Photobooth and submission assistance, Using CVA iPad - Use a CVA iPad and other CVA equipment to document your work using the CVA photobooth. Use your phone, iPad, or laptop to submit to a CVA call with staff assistance. All workshops start with an intro to artwork documentation, Assistance using a photo booth, and individual guidance.
